Whether you've never wrapped your hands before or you've been training for years, our Boxing classes are built to meet you where you are and push you further than you thought possible. What To Expect
Every class is coach-led from start to finish. You'll move through a structured warm-up, technique drills, bag work, and a cooldown — all in a high-energy environment that keeps you focused and fired up. No sparring required. No experience necessary. Just show up ready to work and your coaches will take care of the rest. Classes are designed to challenge you physically and mentally. You'll learn how to move, how to hit, and how to think — and you'll feel it the next day in the best way possible.
