Parkinson's & limited mobility Program
Rock Steady Boxing at Premier Boxing Club is a nationally affiliated program specifically designed for people living with Parkinson's disease. Research has shown that intense, forced exercise — like boxing — can slow the progression of Parkinson's symptoms and significantly improve quality of life. Our certified coaches create a safe, empowering, and joyful environment where fighters of all ability levels can thrive. This program is more than fitness. It's a fight worth showing up for.
