The result is a high-energy, full-body class that combines punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bags for one of the most effective cardio and strength workouts you'll ever do. No contact with other people — just you, the bag, and your coaches.

Every Kickboxing class is coach-led with structured combinations mixing punches and kicks on the heavy bags.
