Kickboxing at Premier Boxing Club takes everything great about boxing and adds kicks. The result is a high-energy, full-body class that combines punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bags for one of the most effective cardio and strength workouts you'll ever do. No contact with other people — just you, the bag, and your coaches.

What To Expect

Every Kickboxing class is coach-led with structured combinations mixing punches and kicks on the heavy bags. Expect a serious cardio burn, core engagement, and a workout that never feels like a chore. Classes are structured but energetic — you'll be moving the whole time and leaving with more than you came in with.
