Anabelle
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Anabelle is a seasoned coach who brings energy, structure, and accountability to every class. She holds certifications through ACE, AFFA, ISSA, Schwinn, and as a running coach. Anabelle specializes in total-body training with a focus on strength, conditioning, and proper technique. Her coaching style is challenging, motivating, and supportive — pushing members to work hard while feeling confident and capable. She believes consistency and effort matter more than perfection, and she coaches with purpose in every session.
ROLLIE
Rollie brings over 38 years of martial arts experience to his coaching. He began training in Taekwondo at age 12 and holds a 6th Dan Black Belt. Over the years, he expanded his skill set to include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, training internationally in Thailand. His coaching style emphasizes discipline, technique, and functional strength. Rollie is also an ISSA-certified fitness, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, yoga, and elite trainer, as well as a Spartan SCX and obstacle racing coach. He challenges members to train with purpose while building strength, confidence, and resilience.


JAESON
Jaeson began his martial arts journey in New York after being inspired by his first Bruce Lee movie, sparking a passion for Wing Chun Kung Fu. After several years, he transitioned into Boxing and Kickboxing, training under a mentor who now runs a martial arts and fitness training center. His coaching background is rooted in discipline, technique, and real-world training experience. In 2015, he relocated to Florida and continued developing his skills at multiple Title Boxing Club locations. Now at Premier Boxing, he brings a high-energy, focused approach to every class. His goal is to challenge, motivate, and help members build confidence through boxing and fitness.
JOEL
Joel brings over 17 years of martial arts experience to his coaching. He has trained across multiple disciplines, including Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Luta Livre. Joel's coaching philosophy is centered on discipline, consistency, and personal growth through training. He believes martial arts is a lifelong journey that builds both physical skill and mental toughness. In every class, Joel focuses on proper technique, confidence, and controlled intensity. His goal is to help members grow stronger, more focused, and more resilient inside and outside the gym.
