What's Happening at Premier
We love throwing events, running challenges for our members, and showing up in the Sarasota community. If there's an event we should be part of, email us. Know a local health or wellness business that'd be a good fit to set up shop with us? We're always open to partnering.

Fight For A Cure!
Rent a bag. Make it yours.
🎀 Choose your class — claim a heavy bag for that session
🎀 We'll tie a pink ribbon with your name (or stay anonymous)
🎀 Donations start at $25 — every dollar goes to Breast Health Sarasota, funding mammograms and care for women right here in our community
🎀 Rent it once, or every class this month — it's your corner for as long as you want it
FIGHTING FOR...
Add a name to our wall. If you're fighting for someone — a mom, a sister, a friend, yourself — write their name here. Every name on this wall is why we're doing this.
Can't make it in? You can still reserve a bag in someone's honor or donate directly — no boxing required. Ask at the front desk.
🐾 Paws & Punches — Adoption Event
Saturday, October 10 | 9–11 AM
The Humane Society of Manatee County is bringing dogs to PBC looking for their furever homes. Come throw some punches, meet some pups, and see who picks you.
They will be here from 9-11 am. Come just for the dogs, or take a class too! Raffles and giveaways happening.
Your first class is free — and if you bring a friend, theirs is too.
Town Square Health Fair
Mark your calendar: Saturday, October 17th, 10 AM–1 PM at Town Square Sarasota — a free Health Fair with resources for anyone navigating Parkinson's or dementia.
Free memory screenings. Free gait screenings. Free blood pressure checks. Expert presentations. Respite care provided, so caregivers can actually attend too.
If this touches your family, share it with someone who needs to see it.
